Job Responsibilities: POSITION OVERVIEW Students will build engineering skills while working directly with experienced Cosma personnel to participate in all aspects of the design and manufacturing process from concept to production.

Requirements

• Some related experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance in the design and development of automotive body and chassis systems.
• Assist product engineers and program managers with program issues.
• Analyze design problems and implement corrective actions.
• Create design specifications for a variety of components.
• Evaluate product designs for accuracy and feasibility relative to customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain program engineering documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and participate in testing activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
