ST Engineering iDirect is searching for passionate, driven Software Engineering Interns to join our Intuition Platform Team. Requirements
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to keep learning
Nice To Haves
- Ability to commit 12–15 weeks during Summer 2026
- Experience with distributed systems or cloud technologies
- Exposure to machine learning or recommendation systems
- Prior internship or project experience in software development
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Interest in telecommunications, satellite communications, or networking
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with talented engineers to design, build, and test cutting‑edge software solutions
- Contribute to automated testing frameworks and application development
- Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and hands‑on troubleshooting
- Create clear, concise documentation for systems and features
- Receive daily guidance and mentorship from senior engineers who want to see you grow
