Engineering Intern, GIS / Design
About The Position
Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc., is seeking an Engineering Intern, GIS / Design to support the design, mapping, and documentation of the cooperative's electric distribution system. This role is perfect for the student looking to apply hands-on, real-world experience toward an engineering, GIS, or related degree plan. In this role, you'll update and maintain geographic information system (GIS) data for accurate system mapping, analyze distribution system maps to support engineering design, and support permitting, right-of-way, joint-use, and make-ready projects. Bartlett Electric Cooperative has been in operation since 1936, and we are proud to be the first REA project energized in Texas and the nation.
