Key Responsibilities Assist with initial builds and system integration for robotics and automation equipment (RTX systems) Support mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly activities Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including procedure review and validation Contribute to robotics prototype development, including: CCTV camera integration Safety clamp systems Pressure washer applications Support robot operation demonstrations and testing activities Assist with high ambient testing of robotic systems at external facilities (e.g., Southwest Research Institute) Troubleshoot and help resolve assembly, system, and performance issues Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes, reliability, and system performance Potential Project Assignments H&P RTX Initial Build (First Order) – Cross-functional build and FAT support OTC 2026 Demo Support (Houston – Bammel) – RTX250 robot demo and prototype enhancements SWRI Testing (San Antonio) – High ambient performance testing for RTX250 systems Learning Outcomes Gain real-world experience in robotics and automation systems integration Exposure to manufacturing processes, testing protocols, and engineering workflows Develop practical skills in troubleshooting, system validation, and cross-functional collaboration
