This is a Rotational Development Program for the next generation of Engineers within FLS, designed to foster business acumen as well as a deep understanding of the products for both the design and product development groups. The program is structured to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to various aspects of engineering and manufacturing processes. Participants will rotate through different departments, including Product Development, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management. Each rotation lasts approximately 6 months, allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of specific functions and their contributions to the company’s success. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to be placed in permanent roles within the Product Development or Design Engineering teams, based on their skills, interests, and business needs.
