The Interiors Engineering Designer is responsible for creating detailed interior components and system-level designs that combine functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Working closely with Architecture, Studio Design, Safety, and Manufacturing teams, this role ensures that innovative concepts are translated into robust, manufacturable solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced NX CAD modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to apply engineering principles to meet occupant safety, ergonomic, and assembly requirements. Creativity, collaboration, and self-motivation are essential, as this position balances design intent, customer experience, and manufacturing feasibility throughout the architectural development process of interiors.
