Job requirements We’re looking for a seasoned Engineering Delivery Lead with deep full‑stack expertise to architect, build, and scale cloud‑native applications. In this role, you’ll guide the design and development of backend services, modern React frontends, and AWS‑based infrastructure while mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy. You’ll work closely with product, operations, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into high‑quality, resilient, and well‑tested software solutions.

Requirements

12+ years of overall experience, including 4–5 years in team leadership or delivery leadership
Strong expertise in Java, Scala, or Kotlin
Deep experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies
Frontend development experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Advanced SQL skills and comfort with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Significant hands-on experience building and operating cloud‑native applications on AWS
Strong experience with automated unit and integration testing
Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures
Strong grasp of software engineering best practices

Nice To Haves

Experience with Terraform or other IaC tooling
End‑to‑end testing experience (e.g., Playwright, Cypress)
Knowledge of containerization: Docker and/or Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Background working in high‑traffic, production-scale environments

Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of new full‑stack applications, APIs, and distributed services
Collaborate with product, business operations, and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Build scalable backend services with strong test coverage and modern engineering standards
Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using React and modern TypeScript
Optimize relational database performance and manage complex data models (PostgreSQL preferred)
Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud‑native systems in AWS
Participate in and drive high‑quality code reviews
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team‑wide technical decision‑making
Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests
Work cross‑functionally to deliver reliable, production‑ready software
