ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Orlando office. As the Engineering Branch Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch. This role is critical in ensuring that our engineering services meet the highest standards of quality and safety while also driving business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture. In this position, you will manage multidisciplinary engineering projects, including geotechnical and construction materials projects. You will be responsible for assembling project teams and providing leadership throughout the full project lifecycle. This includes overseeing project financials, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also ensure that quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices are maintained throughout all projects. Additionally, you will perform technical reviews of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards. A key aspect of your role will be to pursue new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and building strong client relationships. You will manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development, promoting company values, a positive culture, and high employee engagement.
