About The Position

Join us as our next Engineering and Maintenance Manager reporting to our Site Operation Director. You will determine and direct all our plant engineering and maintenance services for our Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing facility. The main impact of this role will be to implement necessary changes support manufacturing organizational changes and strategies, and implement capital improvements for building utility, manufacturing processes and associated equipment. This role will be based in Cincinnati, OH.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (or MS) degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in Manufacturing and Plant Engineering & Maintenance
  • 5+ years of leadership and project management experience
  • 5+ years experience in leading Manufacturing Maintenance and Engineering teams
  • Have lean manufacturing experience, TPM, Six Sigma, continuous improvement processes/methodologies
  • Knowledge of CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System

  • Knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities

  • Direct internal maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and spare parts management with the goal of safely achieving required manufacturing equipment efficiencies.
  • Manage (develop and implement) procedures and equipment changes for maintenance effectiveness, predictive maintenance programs, EHS compliance, and building/other code compliance.
  • Direct all facilities services to provide appropriate support to operations groups.
  • Provide oversight for project engineering related to facility capital projects, including evaluating needs, assessing options, defining costs/justifications, preparing credit requests/project plans, and implementing projects to improve the manufacturing environment.
  • Manage third-party service contracts by developing requirements, qualifying vendors, and providing service monitoring improvements.
  • Manage multi-accomplished teams (engineering/maintenance), enhancing a service-minded culture in a food and beverage production environment.
  • Hone your experience managing multimillion-dollar manufacturing projects, operating expenses and capital budgeting, and work order/preventative maintenance programs.
