About The Position

You will be the Engineering Aide for the Engineering Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality electronics manufacturing through continuous improvement and cutting‑edge automation. What You Will Be Doing As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting our manufacturing workforce. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Train operators on process skills and machine operation for electronics manufacturing. Perform machine program and settings changes, and assist with setup and daily operation. Troubleshoot processes and equipment, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions. Evaluate, implement, and integrate new automated manufacturing equipment and technologies. Support new product introductions and technology rollouts while fostering effective team communication. Requirements

At least two years of technical work experience or technical education.
Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with interpreting technical data packages and engineering drawings.
This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assembly of electronics.
Experience with manufacturing production control systems.
Prior experience in operation and programming of automated production equipment, including automated optical inspection systems.
Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshoot skills.
Experience with solder reflow processes and equipment.
Ability to evaluate technical manufacturing acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies.
