As an Engineering Aid, you will: Coordinate planning, organization, control and status of procurements within area of assigned responsibility. Help resolve procurement related issues with support from the integrated product team.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with at least one engineering field
  • Familiarity with Engineering development processes and all phases of development life cycle (to include proposal, design, qualification, requirements verification/validation, production and deployed system support)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support program goals
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to coordinate and status procurement receipt through all stages of procurement lifecycle (demand loading, MBOM status, planned orders, PRs, POs, and R&I).
  • Ability to liaison between manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and program management to drive quick problem resolution
  • Ability to support production operations lead engineer with ensuring accurate demand exists and is moving through the procurement pipeline
  • Ability to track upcoming and open production orders, including MWI status, open Q-Notes, and due dates for assemblies
  • Experience with eWhiteboard, SAP, Parts360, and Parts Visibility
