Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a highly motivated Engineering Aide to become a member of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Team. As an Engineering Aide , you will: Generate engineering documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, schedules, and schematics Attend daily and weekly team meetings to discuss technical, schedule and operations issues, etc. Develop weekly status chart package and reporting to programs/management, review technical documents to identify and resolve discrepancies Perform requirements analysis, coordinate technical exchange meetings Develop presentation material, and handle peer reviews The Successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the following: Ability to tackle detailed technical assignments often requiring learning or developing planning and integration skills Proficiency in project planning and product life cycle management Performing design assessments and developing data driven solutions. Requirements

Associate degree in a STEM field, related work experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered
Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Preferred Candidates will have an Associate's degree in a STEM related field.
Good presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to management and customers.
Able to work independently within a team and handle multiple priorities and internal customers.
Ability to tackle detailed technical assignments often requiring learning or developing planning and integration skills.
Proficiency in project planning and product life cycle management.
Experience performing design assessments and developing data driven solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, scrum master and use of Jira boards.
Strong skills in use of Python, C/C++, IDL, CREO, and/or Matlab.
Knowledge of Material Resource Planning (MRP) for procurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
Database entry experience
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
