About The Position

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities and leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement to build a sales pipeline. Sales Process Management: Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs for HVAC and plumbing systems, diagnose problems, and propose tailored solutions. Estimates & Proposals: Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional sales proposals and quotes for prospective clients. Follow-Up & Closing: Aggressively follow up on leads and open proposals to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Industry Knowledge: Stay current on HVAC and plumbing industry trends, new products, local building codes, and energy efficiency standards to maintain expert

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in an outside sales role for Commercial HVAC and Plumbing
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel within the Central Texas market.

  • Coordinating with clients needs for presentation and/or bid forms.
  • Documenting assumptions.
  • Maintaining accurate documents (Drawings, Specs, Addendums, RFI's, Bid tabs, etc..)
  • Assisting current projects with pricing of changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
