The position will involve working closely with development teams to implement new products and support them in day to day activities. The candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, experienced in issue management including root cause analysis and develop processes/procedures for product deployment, install and configuration. The candidate will also act as the first line of defense in understanding user requirements/issues and convey the same to the product team and build an issue tracker and rollout schedule of bug fixes and enhancements. The candidate will act as the SME for all deployed products/components and will interface with the execution teams for a smooth rollout and handover of products/components to the execution teams.
