About The Position

The Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing products, systems, or processes. This role involves applying engineering principles to solve technical challenges, improve performance, and ensure high quality and safety standards. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and contribute to innovation within the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field).
  • Proven experience in an engineering role (typically 3+ years, depending on the position).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency with relevant engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CAD, CAE, or CAM software (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS, Inventor).
  • Familiarity with programming languages or scripting (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
  • Data analysis and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
  • Ability to work with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy in designs and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel for on-site project support or collaboration as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ski

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects or leading technical teams.
  • Industry-specific certifications or licenses (e.g., PE License, PMP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies or innovative solutions within the industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop products or systems according to customer or project requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.
  • Perform testing and analysis to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Document engineering processes, design specifications, and technical reports.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, production, or field teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the design and production phases.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize designs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure sustainability.
