This engineer performs air quality dispersion modeling and quality driven analysis of ambient air monitoring data for the Division of Air Quality to support clean air and climate programs. Air quality modeling is used to demonstrate and predict the effects of current and proposed policies to drive decision making on a local, statewide and regional level. Evaluation of modeling required for permit applications and development of air quality predictions supports the Department’s mission to protect public health and the environment and to improve the quality of life for communities in Delaware.
