About The Position

Job Responsibilities Provide engineering support to improve safety, productivity, reliability and cost for plant related projects using engineering principles, theories and techniques. Assist in reverse-engineering of parts to support cost reduction projects Assist Engineering with problem solving on plant equipment Design parts to be used in the plant for reasons of increased safety, productivity, and cost reduction Assist engineering in reliability projects ranging from improvements to tank inspections Create and modify drawings using CAD systems Update Process and Instrumentation drawings as needed Provide support to R&D projects and the Chemical Engineering Co-ops as needed Assist Engineering with both capital and maintenance projects as needed Obtain quotes on parts from machine shops and oversee installation in the plant Perform other duties as assigned Candidate Qualifications/ Requirements Candidate will have completed at least one year of Engineering or Engineering Technology Koppers Inc. and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers. Requirements

  • Candidate will have completed at least one year of Engineering or Engineering Technology
