The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value.

Requirements

Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents.
Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and automation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

AI Integration & Data Management:
Design and implement AI-powered solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance.
Automation & Analytics:
Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools.
Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
System Administration & Support:
Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management.
Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
