About The Position

Responsible for supporting the sites and the ESS team in regards to computer hardware and software supporting the production environment. This equipment is primarily RIPs, workflows, output devices but also includes vendor supplied hardware supporting other production areas. A focus area is applying Deluxe IT Security policies to vendor supplied hardware. Responsible for the implementation and upgrades of RIPs, workflows, and other technology driving production in the plants (that is not directly supported by IT) . Supports Arden Hills Prepress hardware platform and access. Responsible for implemen ta tion of IT Security protocols on vendor supplied computer systems ; coor dinate user access as needed for production technology ; c oordinate with sites, vendors, and IT Security as needed to adapt to changes in technology or policy .

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Information Technology, Computer Science or Graphic Arts and 5 years of related experience or HS/GED and 9 years of related experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
