About The Position

Engineer Senior Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Road, Mason, OH 45040. This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The Engineer Senior is responsible for designing and developing interfaces and conduct impact analysis. How You Will Make an Impact: Participate in customer discussions during requirements analysis with a knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis tools and techniques to understand system requirements and non-functional requirements. Rectify code defects and validate test results. Create user stories and epics as per Agile standards and create flow diagrams for developers to understand the workflows. Collaborate with engineers, project team and users. Conduct functional and integration testing, support system, and user experience testing. Provide post-deployment and production support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).
  • Five (5) years of experience with API design, HTTP specifications, REST, JSON, and XML
  • Five (5) years of experience in integration space.
  • Five (5) years of experience mentoring and leading multiple large projects.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Five (5) years of experience with XML and XSD.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture.
