Your Mission Justify, implement, and complete projects that will result in cost savings, quality, reliability, and safety improvements in the manufacturing operations Continually improve operations machinery, plant facilities, and process systems, both individually and in team environments Utilize human and technical resources to solve production issues Development and implementation of process and equipment specifications for existing and new processing equipment Initiate and complete design of experiments and process capability studies to optimize manufacturing efficiencies Technical liaison between manufacturing facility and customers as well as manufacturing facility and suppliers Establish and maintain Quality control/inspection plan and/or production control/inspection plan for each product / product family incl. measures for production process control Evaluate measurement systems (e.g., through Measurement System Analysis) Administrative: Maintain evidence Implement defined control plans Control the effectiveness of quality control measures Identify and investigate non-conformities from all relevant sources e.g., customer complaints, supplier issues, daily operations, audits. Investigate by performing a Root Cause Analysis Implement effective and sustainable CAPA management Identify and manage product and production process-related risks Design/development of packaging specifications to meet or exceed customer design criteria. Provide assistance and process expertise in manufacturing trial orders. Monitor and control process capabilities based on known correlations while Continuously investigating process behavior to further improve process capabilities and control mechanisms Initiate new projects or improvements
