Requirements

Basic background in general maintenance, building operations, or facilities
Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures
Attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs, walk the property, and carry tools/equipment

Nice To Haves

Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property
Inspect and service building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
Document work completed, log service records, and report potential issues
Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand, and compliance standards
Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment
Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs
