WE LOVE OUR WORK. General Accountabilities: Performs skilled and routine building maintenance, construction, and repairs. Follows standard safety and operating procedures. Tasks include but are not limited to carpentry, fabrication, flooring, carpet repairs, building additions, and general building maintenance. Installing drywall, insulation, adding fixtures, welding, fitting handles, locks, and hinges. Perform general maintenance which includes but not limited to replacing flooring, painting, plumbing, make ready hotel rooms, replacing HVAC filters, Inspecting ceilings, etc. Maintaining corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance. Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a field or related industry.
- High school diploma or GED a plus but not required
- Valid Drivers License Required.
- Project Orientated Individual.
- Must have experience in the construction industry and or related field.
- Able to work independently and or on a team within established procedures associated with the job functions.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
- Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift.
Nice To Haves
- Certification not required but a plus.
