About The Position
Perform all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance throughout property. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations Closely monitors the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible Keeps all records of maintenance and testing Performs preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment Lamp replacement Fixture repair and replacement Circuit breaker reset Changes AC filters Basic plumbing repairs Hotel Guest room repairs Responds to Maximo WO’s Keeps daily logs Supports events Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job-related duties as assigned
