About The Position

Leads and drives complex manufacturing engineering initiatives, mentors junior staff, and sets strategic direction for process innovation and optimization. Oversees large capital projects, develops best practices, and collaborates across departments to ensure alignment with business goals. This role involves leading development and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes and systems, driving large-scale improvement initiatives across multiple departments, managing large capital projects from conception to implementation, mentoring and coaching junior engineers, developing and deploying best practices for manufacturing processes and documentation, collaborating with design and quality engineering to ensure manufacturability and compliance, performing complex risk assessments, simulations, and advanced data analysis, leading supplier development and qualification for critical manufacturing processes, and advising leadership on strategic investments and long-term process capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment design, and process improvement.
  • Advanced skills in CAD, data analytics, and simulation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence strategic decisions across departments.
