Role and Responsibilities Focus on incoming technology transfer, productization, new product introductions, yield improvement, stop loss reduction, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements. Provide Process Integration for products in a high-volume production environment. Conduct process development and optimization for 14 nm Fin Field-Effect Transistor (FinFET) to reduce manufacturing cost and improve yield. Conduct ramp-up new fab for the company to manufacture the advanced technology node (4 nm and/or below) transistor.

Requirements

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field and completion of a graduate-level course, research project, or internship involving the following:
• Test bench development
• Test/verification plan creation
• Reviewing equipment designs
• Fundamentals of Semiconductor fabrication process
• Fundamentals of device physics
• Hands-on fabrication techniques for electrical and optical devices
• Layout Editor and AutoCAD to design layout for devices.

Responsibilities

• Focus on incoming technology transfer, productization, new product introductions, yield improvement, stop loss reduction, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements.
