Role and Responsibilities Perform monitoring for FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pod) and photo resistant inventory and usage analysis. Work closely with engineer team, AMHS (Auto Matrial Handling System) team, and finance team to solve the issues for inventory discrepancy. Perform root cause analysis for issues and provide corrective and preventive solutions. Control the life cycle for FOUPs (Front Opening Unified Pod), from purchase planning, budget allocation, inventory optimization, SN (Serial number) control to termination End of Life. Effectively communicate across the organization to align manufacturing shift, production planning, and engineering teams. Lead cross functional teams (Systems development Engineering, Photo engineer, MFG(Manufacturing) shift and Shipping logistics) to improve the operational process to meet production requirements. Conduct data analysis to provide forecast to all levels of the organization. Drive improvement projects to increase the FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pod) utilization. Create SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and provide training and control strategy to manufacturing shifts. Perform inventory audit for photo resistant twice a year with accounting team. Piping and Instrumentation Diagramming & CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and Coding and Scripting. Manufacturing Supply Chain (FOUPs) owner are responsible for updating business processes, procedures, and tasks, which directly support MFG Operations and are critical to the overall success of the fab. The processes, equipment, systems, projects, and/or products that the employee will work with are - Ensure sufficient FOUPs / FOSBs (Front Opening Shipping Box) are available at SAS (Samsung Austin Semiconductor) to support fab operations daily, Modeling Analyze FOUP/FOSB inventory and perform forecast monthly, Identify FOUP/FOSB purchasing needs based on fab demand monthly, Resolve any issues related to FOUP/FOSBs by reporting from production, Drive FOUP/FOSB projects (serialization, Door crack, Quality control project), FOUP Lifecycle management: Disposing old age FOUPs from fab on a yearly basis), Inventory transection control from Fab to warehouse to stocker location daily), Work with system IT team to develop and maintain the inventory tracking system when needed.
