Our Engineer II team members help to maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas in good repair to ensure an attractive and well‑maintained property. This role involves a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall repair and texturing, wall coverings, screen repair, and masonry. Engineer II’s must also understand and troubleshoot basic commercial electrical components and wiring, read schematics, use multimeters, and diagnose mechanical and basic HVAC systems such as heat pumps, FCUs, VAV units, heaters, residential appliances, motors, pumps, and VFDs.
