### Tool & Process Ownership Serve as primary owner for all Wet Clean tools Maintain stable process performance through recipe optimization, SPC monitoring, and root‑cause elimination. Create and maintain process documentation, run sheets, and chamber/tool configuration accuracy. Manage consumables, chemistry usage, vendor PM schedules, and CoO considerations. Lead process hazard reviews (chemical changes, new recipes, process expansions). Support gas/chemical shutdown and YEM coordination activities with BUs and facilities teams. Work with BU process owners to align process capability, POR conditions, and metrology flows. Support tool installs, facility readiness, and acceptance testing for new Wet Clean tools. Collaborate with GWI on exhaust, chemical waste, DI water, and temperature‑control issues. Participate in cross‑module integration efforts to improve yield, defectivity, and tool:tool matching. Support readiness activities for customer demos, quals, and high‑priority development runs. B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in Wet Clean processes, semiconductor process engineering, or related wet chemical operations. Strong understanding of chemical processes, etch/clean mechanisms, defectivity drivers, and surface preparation fundamentals. Proficiency in SPC, DOE methodology, and structured root‑cause analysis. Hands‑on experience with wet bench safety, chemical handling, and hazardous‑materials protocols.
