About The Position
The Engineer I is responsible for: Respond to all guest's requests in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in department needs as directed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Engineer I’s primary responsibilities will include: Respond or perform duties of a groundskeeper, handle and double check guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis. Perform duties of helper or as assigned. Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Engineering. Requirements
- Must have basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management and building maintenance skills.
- May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities are required.
- Education –High school diploma required.
- Experience – Six months experience in related field preferred.
