Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, DFMA, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support Manufacturing Operations: Troubleshoot production issues, assist with product support, and validate processes.
  • Collaborate on New Product Launches: Help transition new designs into full-scale production.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Research and implement safe, cost-effective equipment and processes.
  • Learn Key Tools: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, project management basics, and quality techniques.
  • Work Across Functions: Partner with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met.
  • Travel Opportunities: Visit our manufacturing sites (including Mexico) for hands-on experience.
