This position involves efficiently and safely operating central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures. The role requires accurately and efficiently repairing and maintaining food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems, and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic problems, performing preventive and predictive maintenance on an on-going basis, and handling guest room maintenance in a professional manner.
