If you're driven by the passion to change lives, this is the place for you.Job Summary  The Engineer is responsible the planning and analysis of gas systems including modeling system capacities, scoping gas main construction projects, and providing documentation and budget input. Prepares certificate of authority applications and manages the order points through the duration of the projects. Also, the design and management of gas facilities for new customers including supporting the designers and the customer service group. The position is in the Gas Engineering Planning group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (May 2026 Grads will be included)
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company standards for driving

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for the design, assignment of materials, and construction of gas distribution mains and services
  • Perform gas system hydraulic analysis using large amounts of GIS and CIS data
  • Manage gas construction projects that require Public Service Commission authorization
  • Serve as the engineering liaison for the Customer Service, Gas Supply, Gas Control, and Field Operations groups
