Your work will directly support our mission to deliver innovative, reliable solutions that move the world forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering (or related discipline), or equivalent education and experience.
  • Foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles, especially in control systems and vehicle electronics.
  • Working knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., Zuken E3 or AutoCAD).
  • Familiarity with CAN protocols (e.g., SAE J1939) and physical layer aspects such as signal integrity, termination, and wiring.
  • Basic experience with data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., Dewesoft, MATLAB, nCode).
  • Exposure to functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262 or IEC 61508) and understanding of safety lifecycle principles.
  • Knowledge of PLM and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) systems like Dassault Systems 3DX or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated willingness to perform hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and analysis on physical equipment in lab or field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and integration of control systems and vehicle electronics using foundational electrical engineering principles.
  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as Zuken E3 or AutoCAD.
  • Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of Controller Area Network (CAN) systems, including Society of Automtive Engineers (SAE) J1939 protocols and physical layer design.
  • Conduct diagnostics and testing of electrical systems using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition software (e.g., Dewesoft, MATLAB, nCode).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and ensure system reliability.
  • Contribute to design tracking and collaboration through product lifecycle management (PLM) systems such as Dassault Systems 3DX or equivalent.
