About The Position
The position involves executing a project-specific Quality Control (QC) Plan in coordination with the project safety plan, engaging all project staff, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure contract requirements are met. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of contract documents, including contracts, building design drawings, construction specifications, and applicable codes and standards such as LEED, NEC, IBC, and NFPA. The candidate will utilize various tools and software, including Bluebeam Revu, Procore, SAP ECC, and Power BI, to perform QC reviews, manage change orders, and ensure compliance with project specifications. The role also includes arranging third-party testing and inspections, performing material delivery inspections, and maintaining documentation related to project management.
