POSITION PROFILE: Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by Chief Engineer ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by Chief Engineer Monitor, control and report on the energy conservation programs. Responsible for all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems. Maintain all motors and control circuits. Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling. Purchase equipment and supplies. Maintain pars. Maintain audio systems within the hotel. Perform the duties of a Class II or III Engineer as needed. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments. #INDdtstaug DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school education or equivalent experience. Experience: Experience required by position is from one to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s). Skills and Abilities: Requires working knowledge of Housekeeping and the hotel's services, policies and operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
