EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans The beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Crystal City is seeking a full-time Lead Cook to join their culinary team ! This 627-room property is half a mile south of The Pentagon near I-395 and the Pentagon City Metro station is only a three-block walk away! In this position, you would oversee a team of union cooks and stewards, reporting to both the executive sous chef and the executive chef. You would supervise culinary operations for both the hotel's restaurants and banquets! The ideal candidate for this position will possess must three years' experience cooking in a high-volume full-service kitchen (either for a standalone restaurant or within a hotel). Previous union experience or banquet/catering culinary experience would be considered an asset!
