About The Position

As an Analyst within the Accounting Revenue technology team, you will support applications and data platforms that underpin revenue processing and reporting. You will work with technology and finance partners to ensure systems operate reliably, integrations function as expected, and reporting data is accurate. This role focuses on production support, monitoring, incident resolution, and operational stability within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with strong troubleshooting, and collaboration in a mixed team
• Experience in controlled production environments with strong knowledge of ITIL practices, global service operations, and financial technology or client facing support functions
• Technical proficiency in UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, Python, PowerShell, Structured Query Language (SQL) scripting, databases (Oracle/MSSQL), debugging across infrastructure components, and cloud technologies (Global Control Programme (GCP) preferred)
• Hands on background in Site Reliability Engineering, including building SLI/SLOs, and working with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, New Relic, and Control M, as well as microservices, Application Programming Interface (APIs), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (or Development) (CI/CD) pipelines, and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Ability to leverage or understand the potential of AI and Large Language Models in production environment is a plus

• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and Automation first mindset with a focus on reliability and service improvement
• Experience in controlled production environments with strong knowledge of ITIL practices, global service operations, and financial technology domain or client facing support functions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities (with a constant focus on delivery)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the production platform, carrying out monitoring and remediation of issues and specific maintenance tasks as per the run book procedures
• As a Site Reliability Engineer, you are expected to carry out deep technical analysis of the production to identify performance, stability, and resilience enhancements
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures, investigate causes of incidents, seek resolution, and facilitate recovery
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and continuously improve the production support environment
• Serve as DevOps Lead, work closely with the Change team in driving and embedding the production readiness controls (as part of the Software Delivery Lifecycle)
