About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking an Engineer 3 to support the ongoing maintenance and smooth operation of the property while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining building systems, responding to guest and operational needs, and supporting the overall functionality of the hotel. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and takes pride in delivering prompt, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent experience
Experience required by position is 6 months to two years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations
Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
Ability to read, speak and write English
Successful candidates must posses legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
