About The Position

Requirements

  • 5 Years with Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering; 3 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree; 0 years of relevant professional experience with a PhD.

Nice To Haves

  • An incumbent must have a knowledge of Project Management and Engineering processes related to shipbuilding.
  • A comprehensive understanding of ship design processes, and company business management principles and have demonstrated the ability to manage and direct the work of others.
  • Candidate should have intermediate proficiency with MS Office products.
  • A Master of Science in Engineering is highly preferred
  • The preferred candidate should have shipbuilding and technical experience with emphasis in one or more of the following areas: Ship Programs Program Management Ship Engineering System Design Project Management Requirements Management
  • Candidate should have the ability to balance and influence multiple competing priorities and individuals.
  • Candidate should have ability to work with different types of supervision and possess skills to coordinate and clearly and effectively communicate and foster effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as, analytical, presentation and human relations’ skills are essential.
