PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO®) business model. The Engine Technician will effectively provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services to PT6A engine series. This includes, but is not limited to, disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair and assemble turbine engines. Experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
  • A valid clear driver's license
  • Must have own hand tools.
  • Department of Homeland Security proof of employment eligibility verification
  • Physical requirements: work in confined workspace, manual dexterity to work with and on small tools and component parts, routinely bend and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years’ experience in aviation maintenance environment, preferably on PT6A/PT6T series
  • A&P License preferred but not required
  • Pratt Whitney turbine engine experience a plus
  • Computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair and overhaul service to PT6A & PT6T engines
  • Read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals.
  • Replace or repair worn, defective or damaged components
  • Disassembly, clean, evaluate, repair and assemble turbine engines
