Perform assembly, disassembly, and rebuilding of high-performance race engines, adhering to engineering specifications and quality standards Maintain detailed records of all engine builds, including component history and critical tolerances, ensuring traceability and quality assurance Execute non-destructive tests and inspections, such as crack testing and detailed tolerance checks, to verify component integrity and dimensional accuracy Strictly adhere to cleanroom protocols and best practices to prevent contamination Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in build and teardown processes Organize and maintain facilities to ensure a suitable build environment for world class race engines Generate engine teardown reports including pictures and measurement data Provide support for dyno testing, including build verification, performance development, as well as engine installation and removal Established and active employee resource groups
