The Role: Engagement Team Support Specialist As a Engagement Team Support Specialist at Switch, you will be part of a high-performing, on-site team that operates with precision, professionalism, and pride in the details. This role plays a key part in creating a seamless day-to-day experience for internal teams and visitors by supporting meetings, events, and tours, while managing the administrative and logistical work that keeps operations running smoothly. This role works closely with Engagement, Hospitality, and Operations, while also supporting culture-building efforts at Switch, driving team member engagement.
