HOW YOU WILL IMPACT TI COMMUNITIES: Resident Engagement & Retention Proactively manage resident satisfaction by conducting follow-ups, check-ins, and addressing feedback in a timely and professional manner Plan and execute resident events, appreciation initiatives, and community-building activities Coordinate personalized resident touchpoints including birthday outreach, anniversaries, and special occasions Develop creative strategies to improve resident retention and overall living experience Partner with the leasing and management team to ensure a seamless resident journey from move-in through renewal Marketing & Brand Support Promote upcoming events, community updates, and initiatives through social media, email campaigns, and on-site marketing channels Assist in executing marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and attract prospective residents Maintain consistent branding and messaging aligned with the propertys identity Community & Business Development Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to establish partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotional opportunities Develop and manage a preferred employer and local business referral program Promote resident and prospect incentives, including employer discounts and community perks Represent the property at local networking events and community functions when applicable Collaboration & Operations Work closely with leasing, maintenance, and management teams to ensure a high-quality resident experience Track engagement efforts and provide insights or recommendations for improvement Assist with additional marketing and resident-focused initiatives as needed WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Multi-family housing management experience preferred. The ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment. The ability to work well independently and make sound business decisions. A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills. Knowledge of Entrata software preferred. College degree preferred.
