Weâre looking for an Engagement Marketer to help us design and run campaigns that activate, retain, and delight our existing customers across all Grid products. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who sits at the intersection of creativity and analytics â someone who loves coming up with compelling engagement ideas and also measuring what actually works. Youâll own the strategy and execution of engagement campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app experiences, including challenges, competitions, and reward-driven programs that drive real user value and measurable ROI. This role is in-person in San Francisco, part-time contract (10â20 hours/week), with a clear path to full-time for the right person.
