As an Engagement Manager in our Strategy & Transformation practice, you will take end-to-end responsibility for multiple workstreams and client engagements within complex, strategic transformation and value creation initiatives. You will work hands-on with owners, boards, and senior management teams to enhance performance, improve profitability, unlock value, and implement sustainable change. Rather than being limited to short-term crisis containment, this role focuses on using high-impact strategic initiatives as a platform for enterprise-wide transformation and value creation, with measurable performance improvement—particularly in situations involving underperformance, strategic repositioning, or complex change environments. You will help design, structure, and drive transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into operational execution and tangible results across finance, operations, and organization.
