About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager to lead client engagements, ensure successful delivery of projects, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires candidate local to Nashville,TN or someone who is willing to relocate and work onsite.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in project management and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Understanding of IT services, consulting, or cloud solutions (depending on industry).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational policies.
  • Responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources.
  • Responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management.
  • Perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.
  • Responsible for ensuring that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests.
  • Responsible for the overall projectorengagement plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.
  • Ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.
