The Engagement Manager owns the end-to-end client relationship for assigned customers, serving as the primary point of accountability from implementation through ongoing delivery and success. This role combines project management, account management, and client advisory responsibilities to ensure clients realize value while maintaining high satisfaction, compliance alignment, and long-term retention. The Engagement Manager partners closely with all other departments - including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support - to deliver implementations on time & within budget, deliver & manage ongoing initiatives, and proactively address client needs in a regulated financial services environment.
