About The Position

The Engagement Manager provides day-to-day operational oversight to the Global Consulting Services (GCS) organization. This role focuses on closing opportunities with clients and ensuring that business processes, documentation, and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with ADP policies. The position will be responsible for ensuring Client Engagements are delivered in line with agreement, assignments of consultant to engagement, and financial reporting. This position serves as a central hub connecting sales, delivery, finance, and vendor management to drive GCS operate efficiently and maintain consistent global standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with Salesforce or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities across regions and time zones.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills; dependable and process-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior/current experience as a Consultant
  • Workforce Manager, GlobalView and/or Celergo product knowledge highly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred for this role
