Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 #
• Passion for the YMCA mission and a strong service mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with training, facilitation, or engagement-focused work preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and advance association-wide engagement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
• Provide leadership and strategic oversight to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and support their long-term impact
• Develop and share engaging marketing and communication content, including newsletters and social media
• Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and civic leaders
• Collaborate with internal teams, board members, and national partners to strengthen programs and community reach
